I visit friends in Bideford every year or two. What beautiful country! I live in rural south Belgium. Every now and then I pretend I'm in the UK. We have hills and sheep, horses and cows... but our hills aren't rolling... they're more slanted. Your land is magical. Of course, I'm a big Tolkien fan.
