On reading an undated statement from Senator Feingold detailing 6 Amendments he'd planned to introduce to last winter's FISA bill, I assumed the item was current, and gave a clue to his present strategy. Alas, my deduction was based on faulty data. The Senate agreed last Thursday to entertain only 3 Amendments, all on immunity. Operation Read the Bill is still on, but leave off the inaccurate Amendments document.
