Organize This: Extraordinary Rendition, Torture, and State Secrecy

Hey ya'll! What does everybody thing about the Obama DOJ asking for the Binyam Muhammad rendition/torture lawsuit to be squashed on grounds of State Secrecy? I think it's time for us all to move, as a society, to figure out a less piecemeal way to deal with the Bush Administration's legacy of torture. We need a Truth, Accountability, and Reconciliation Movement before this wound festers much more. I think the Obama Administration will profit mightily if it develops a Truth, Accountability, and Reconciliation Policy about the Bush Torture Regime--it's time to wrap it up. I am no more deathly afraid of terrorists than I am of Jacques Chirac's dog Sumo. We can handle these guys with good old humane policework--they would sing like contented canaries at the Smart Interrogation teaparties I'd throw 'em in prison! "President Bush, move over, I'm in charge of the war!" in the immortal words of the rapper Ghostface Killah.
